At Summit Asset Management we structure asset finance transactions in specific markets - technology, health, environmental, energy and leisure.
Our participation in the management of risk in owning and managing the asset is a feature in the transactions that we write. We are now able to offer this risk management outside of the transactions that we originate ourselves. Our project leasing capabilities compliment lenders, advisers, suppliers and customers not only in structuring new off-balance sheet transactions but also mature deals and portfolio purchases.
